The machine that I am testing is the Bio Force 2.2. I am not sure if I will be using this machine every time I go to the gym, but this is the company/product paying for the program.
So, I am scheduled to hit the gym 4-5 times a week at 7pm. Yikes. I need to quickly figure out how to properly eat my dinner and exercise before bedtime.
The one thing that I am excited about is the flexible diet plan! My friend Raine recently finished the Dave Depew Transformation program for the Proform AB Glider machine and her diet was VERY strict and boring. So, needless to say, I am happy for my small blessings. :-)
I will be back to check in after my first workout on Monday, September 27th.
FYI- I will be using the Bio Force every workout, including 15-45 mins of cardio.
